Established in 2016, Samarth Foundation is a registered non-governmental organisation (Reg. No. F48181/Pune) headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra. Over nearly a decade of ground-level work across the Khed Taluka region, the Foundation has built a verifiable track record spanning education, healthcare, animal welfare, crisis relief, sanitation, and environmental restoration.

Active across 21+ villages in the Khed Taluka region, Pune district. Our interventions have benefited rural communities spanning ZP schools, Gram Panchayats, and public health networks.

Building on nearly a decade of proven ground-level impact, Samarth Foundation presents Project Samruddhi — a comprehensive rural and educational development initiative targeting acute gaps in village infrastructure, clean energy for schools, digital education, and frontline healthcare delivery across Khed Taluka.
What "Samruddhi" means: The Sanskrit word for prosperity and well-being. This project aims to make that prosperity tangible — through clean villages, empowered schools, and healthier communities.
Our comprehensive on-ground assessments have identified urgent gaps in four areas: primary village sanitation, clean public transport facilities, sustainable green energy for educational institutions, and modern digital pedagogy tools. Project Samruddhi is structured into three specialised pillars to deliver scalable, sustainable, and measurable community empowerment.
Mobility sanitation units, waste logistics vehicles, community transit hubs, and institutional development centres for rural livelihoods.
Solar rooftop panels for 18 ZP schools, new classrooms, computer labs, water filtration, cycles, and menstrual hygiene units.
